Sunday 21st May

• Quarterly meeting starts at 9am.  Meeting should finish by about 1pm.
• Tea & Coffee on arrival
• Lunch 

Camping is available Friday and Saturday nights at the Crookwell Showground. Sunday night is also available for those wishing to extend their stay (let Maggie know please).

• Hot Showers ($1 for 3 mins)
• Toilets
• Indoor Area with heaters

Children 

• under 15 free
• 15 and over are adults. Please buy a ticket for them.

If you are staying elsewhere you can attend all events over the weekend.

Powered sites are available for purchase separately for an additional $10 for the duration of your stay.
